We are most grateful for your support of the Cure Tay-Sachs Foundation (CTSF). In 2007 the foundation was able to raise $331,921 and in 2008 we raised $391,290. Since June 2007 the CTSF has collected $723,000 from generous donors like you and we have issued $200,000 in grants to the Tay-Sachs Gene Therapy Consortium. It is our intention to provide over $300,000 in research grants in 2009 contingent on the researcher progress.

For perhaps the first time in history Tay-Sachs and Allied Disease families have hope of a CURE. The research community has the tools to and foundations like ours are providing funding in magnitudes once believed impossible. We feel the obligation to keep our donors up to date on our research progress (see Quarterly Research Updates) and we are equally responsible to protect our donors contact information. The CTSF does not sell or in any way share our donors email addresses.

We work hard to protect our donor's money by spending it wisely. We keep administrative expenses as low as possible (less then 3%) and the foundation has NO paid employees.
